EUROHEAR

Research into the genetic basis for hearing loss

In the EU research project EUROHEAR, world-leading scientists are investigating the genetic basis of hearing impairment and deafness, which affects 22.5 million people across Europe, over a period of five years.

BROADVIEW TV assumed responsibility for the visualization of the research work in this project, which directly or indirectly affects large parts of the European population.
In a sophisticated short film, the highly complex processes in the inner ear were conveyed in an accessible and appealing way using the latest animation technology, while also providing a captivating insight into the fate of an individual.

In cooperation with the sales partner German United Distributors, marketing was achieved throughout Europe, opening up new prospects for millions of people affected.
